Refund & Returns

At Sweet Little Lady Designs, we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. Because flowers are perishable, we handle refunds and returns differently from non-perishable goods.
1. All Sales Final
- Once an order has been placed and prepared, it cannot be returned due to the perishable nature of flowers.
2. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. - We may request photos of the product to help us resolve the issue.
- At our discretion, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
3. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested 2 hours before the scheduled delivery. - After preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
- Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability.
- Minor variations in color, size, or flower type (as substitutions are sometimes necessary).
