At Sweet Little Lady Designs, we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. Because flowers are perishable, we handle refunds and returns differently from non-perishable goods.

1. All Sales Final

- Once an order has been placed and prepared, it cannot be returned due to the perishable nature of flowers.

2. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders

- If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. - We may request photos of the product to help us resolve the issue.

- At our discretion, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

3. Cancellations

- Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested 2 hours before the scheduled delivery. - After preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

- Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability.

- Minor variations in color, size, or flower type (as substitutions are sometimes necessary).

Substitutions may occur due to availability of flowers and vases. We guarantee that any replacements will be of equal or greater value and in keeping with the overall look and feel of the arrangement. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding substitutions.
