Bold Bloom Arrangement
1. Keep indoors – Place your arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and drafts.
2. Watering – Gently pour a small amount of fresh water into the center of the arrangement every 1–2 days to keep the floral foam moist.
3. Do not remove flowers – The stems are arranged in floral foam, which provides stability and hydration.
4. Enjoy longer – With proper care, your flowers can stay fresh for up to 7–10 days
At Sweet Little Lady Designs, we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. Because flowers are perishable, we handle refunds and returns differently from non-perishable goods.
1. All Sales Final
- Once an order has been placed and prepared, it cannot be returned due to the perishable nature of flowers.
2. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. - We may request photos of the product to help us resolve the issue.
- At our discretion, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
3. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested 2 hours before the scheduled delivery. - After preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
- Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability.
- Minor variations in color, size, or flower type (as substitutions are sometimes necessary).
